Seth recommends using the “first inner sense” for direct perception to explore realities inaccessible to the bodily senses.

赛斯建议使用“第一内在感官”进行直接感知,以探索不向肉体感官开放的现实。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
First, standardize training in the “first inner sense” and require a scorable response on every trial. Randomly assign approximately 1,000 participants to this training or an expectancy-matched control, using an automated, double-blind, four-alternative forced-choice target task with approximately 100 trials per participant. Targets would be randomly generated after responses have been securely archived; chance accuracy is 25%. The project would take 9–12 months. For Question 4, a separate pre-registered crossover study of emotion involving approximately 1,200 participants could use videos to manipulate anxiety, valence, and arousal separately, recording state anxiety, heart rate variability, and respiration. Each participant would complete approximately 200 two-alternative forced-choice prediction trials across three sessions within two weeks, with targets generated after responses. Model participants and laboratories hierarchically, separately testing accuracy above 50% and the interaction with anxiety. Simulate the power required for very small effects in advance and obtain replication by an independent laboratory.

What it would overturn
If participants reproducibly predict random targets generated only after their responses, despite the exclusion of information leakage, this would revise the assumption that people cannot systematically predict independent future random events without available prior information.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The “first inner sense” lacks independent identification criteria. The claim that “anxiety reduces accuracy” is more specific than a general extrasensory-perception claim, but the anxiety threshold and the direction and magnitude of the effect must be specified in advance; explanations cannot be added after a null result.
Note
No direct validation of the original method was found in this search, hence “untested.” Adjacent precognition research may be classified as “contested,” with unfavorable replication evidence. High arousal and low anxiety are not mutually exclusive conditions, and a difference in accuracy between two groups does not imply that either group exceeds chance.
