Research Program / Claims / states-of-consciousness-5

Science should turn to the use of inner senses, rather than external senses and instruments, to explore the gaps between events, because there lie clues to basic life.

科学应当转向使用内感官,而非外感官与仪器,去探索事件之间的空隙,因为那里藏着基本生命的线索。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
'Gaps between events hide basic life clues' must first define testable objects, otherwise it cannot be adjudicated. For corresponding extended question 4, a ~240-person three-arm randomized trial can be done: mental bypassing to observe object backsides, conventional mental rotation training, and equal-duration relaxation; training 4 weeks, 20 minutes daily, follow-up 1 month. Blind rating on untrained stimuli on mental rotation speed-accuracy, visual search slope, and spatial attention effects, with a separate task of recognizing backsides of random, never-shown objects; pre-register training transfer and hidden-information identification as distinct hypotheses.
Suggested paper title
Mental Viewpoint Navigation Training and Transfer to Spatial Attention and Mental Rotation: A Pre-registered Randomized Trial
What it would overturn
Ordinary spatial ability improvement does not overturn mainstream theory; only reliable identification of invisible and uninferable random backside information challenges the assumption that spatial knowledge depends on sensory input and memory inference.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Inner senses and event gaps lack measurement definitions; mental bypassing practice is more concrete, but its spatial training effect cannot automatically be distinguished from ordinary visual imagery training.
Note
No direct test of this specific practice was found; research priority should be on replicable skill transfer, and first-person report value cannot be extrapolated to instruments being useless.
