Adjudicating experiment
Use 6–12 months to establish a complete prediction registry up to the date of the original statement, targeting hundreds of entries, recording original dates, event conditions, maturity dates, outcomes, and indeterminate items; uniformly handle “soon” according to a pre-agreed six-month rule. For temporal drift, build models that include non-occurring events and censored data, using time-permuted baselines that preserve event base rates, seasonality, and recording density; estimate the delay distribution on a training set and test on a holdout set. Any unambiguous, matured counterexample suffices to falsify the zero-error assertion.

What it would overturn

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Zero error and the six-month cap provide explicit constraints, but the applicable temporal scope of the claim must be fixed; allowing indefinite postponement or arbitrary re-assignment of events would eliminate falsifiability.
Note
Supplemental question 2 should analyze temporal drift using all predictions as the denominator; the November 24 to December 10 example has not been verified against original records this time, and a single delay does not prove probabilistic temporal cognition; controversies in adjacent precognition research cannot substitute for verification of this case.
