Adjudicating experiment
Conduct a multicenter prospective dream diary study with approximately 500 participants over 90 nights, aiming to collect at least 10⁴ valid dream records; after waking, upload reports with immutable timestamps, and only after upload will an independent server randomly select future viewing targets. Each time, select 1 from 4 candidates that were pre-matched for significance; blind raters rank all candidates without knowing the target identity. Pre-register the sole primary matching metric, exclusion rules, stopping rules, and Bayesian priors; use hierarchical models to account for participant and rater clustering, and perform permutation tests at the true randomization level; project duration 12–18 months, followed by independent replication. Natural life-event diaries may serve as secondary analyses, but event windows must be restricted and all unmatched records retained.

What it would overturn
If dream reports stably contain information that is randomly generated only after the report and cannot be obtained through ordinary channels, this would revise the assumption that currently available information cannot predict independent future random selections.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Systematic recording and event comparison is a commendable methodological suggestion, but without pre-specifying targets, matching rules, time windows, or hit rates, it cannot constitute a Seth-specific prediction.
