Conduct a randomized crossover experiment with about 120 participants under normal/low lighting and neutral/expectancy suggestion, with sustained gaze at hand and metal objects, 4–6 trials per person over 3–6 months. Simultaneously record eye movements, real-time experience reports, and multi-angle continuous video; blindly analyze objective occlusion, reflections, and target visibility. For the colored human image, separately record frequency and content; if correspondence to external events is claimed, use isolated random targets and strictly distinguish spontaneous imagery, chance matching, and objective physical changes.
