Research Program / Claims / automatic-writing-9
It is suggested to start automatic writing experiments with a Ouija board, then possibly develop into automatic speaking or automatic writing; one can begin directly with a soft pencil and paper.
建议从Ouija板开始自动书写实验,再可能发展为自动说话或自动书写;可直接用软铅笔与纸开始。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 novices are randomly assigned to three sequence orders: Ouija board first, paper-and-pencil first, and verbal channel first, with 80 per group; within 3 weeks, each method is trained 3 times for 20 minutes, controlling instructions, companions, and expectations. Subsequently, unified tests on paper-and-pencil and verbal tasks are administered, with retesting at week 6, comparing time to first appearance of involuntary sensations, cross-modal transfer, and text quality; order effects are separated from mere familiarity effects.
Suggested paper title
Training Order and Cross-Modal Transfer of Agency Alterations in Ideomotor, Handwriting, and Speech Tasks
What it would overturn
It does not overturn established theories; if a replicable advantage from sequencing emerges, it would support the directional transfer of volitional practice effects on the sense of control over other expressive modalities.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The sequencing is specific but also permits direct paper-and-pencil initiation, hence it is not a necessary path; the 'suggestion' must be reformulated as relative success rates or transfer advantages to be testable.
Note
The Ouija board often involves dyadic collaboration, whereas paper-and-pencil is typically a solitary task; when social interaction is not controlled, apparatus differences cannot be interpreted as differences in training phases.
