先用约1,000人、每人约200次的多中心预注册任务检验预测准确率:目标只能在回答被不可修改地记录后生成,锁定时间窗口、过滤流程及排除标准。若独立重复存在效应,再以约150人的双盲交叉TMS研究比较个体化背外侧前额叶靶点、可达的默认模式网络皮层节点、主动对照与假刺激,联合EEG并分别检验正确率、信心及元认知效率,周期24—36个月。普通TMS不能直接选择性刺激整个默认模式网络或深部边缘系统;若只影响信心、不影响异常准确率,不支持所述解码链。
