Expectation is an electrical reality; you not only predict future events but also create their actuality within its electrical field.

预期是电性实相,你不仅预测未来事件,而且在其电性场域内创造其实际性。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Corresponding to supplementary question 4: approximately 600 participants are randomly assigned to prediction training or an active control of equal duration, training for 8 weeks with 20 standardized binary predictions daily, follow-up for 4 weeks, project duration 12 months. Predictions must be written with an immutable timestamp, and targets are subsequently generated by an independent random source; record hits, misses, false alarms, and correct rejections, estimate d′, β, and c, with participants as the clustering unit. For natural event diaries, set up a predefined event dictionary, prediction deadlines, blind matching, and permutation baselines preserving temporal correlation, and evaluate calibration with probability scoring. To test 'creation' rather than mere prediction, additionally randomize the direction of expectation for the same target and compare whether target occurrence rates change; synchronous field measurements serve only as a mechanistic substudy.

Expectancy Training and Future Random Outcomes: A Preregistered Multicenter Signal Detection Study
What it would overturn
If randomly assigned expectations reliably change subsequent random outcomes after isolating known channels, it would overturn the causal independence assumption that target generation distributions are independent of participant expectations.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The 'electrical field' lacks units, intensity, location, or coupling laws, making it more difficult to operationalize than neural expectation models; above-chance prediction alone cannot distinguish precognition, influence on targets, information leakage, and statistical bias.
Note
Rating the complete mechanism as 'untested' does not imply that adjacent fields lack research: anomalous prediction has extensive controversial studies and high-quality negative replications; free-text diaries without defined false alarms and event baselines cannot effectively calculate d′.
