This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
About 240 adults randomly assigned to sustained conscious thinking, awake rest, or EEG-confirmed N1 short sleep; compare novel uses, insight problems, and blinded creative performance; 2 sessions per person; project about 9 months. Additionally, within groups randomize threat or neutral framing toward open-ended creative tasks; measure avoidance behavior and anxiety. If the waking group stably produces high-quality creativity, it would negate the necessity of entering other states; if the claim requires excluding all unconscious processing, no reliable human paradigm currently can do so.

Creative Performance and Task Avoidance Across Wakefulness and Sleep Onset: A Pre-Registered Experiment
What it would overturn
If the necessary-condition version holds, it would overturn the assumption that ordinary waking cognition suffices for creative output.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
"Cannot produce" is a falsifiable strong assertion; "fears creativity" specifies no population, task, or degree, and cannot serve as a universal psychological law.
Note
contradicted targets the reading that one must leave ordinary waking states to create; if "alone" means completely excluding unconscious processing, it should be reclassified as untested; existing research also does not prove that creativity is accomplished solely by explicit consciousness.
