Adjudicating experiment
First, a limited testable version of 'creating physical reality' must be proposed, for example, that intention can change the output of an isolated physical random source. More than three independent centers recruit approximately 300 participants; each completes randomly ordered intention, no-intention, and sham-device sessions, with an unattended automated baseline, continuously recording temperature, electromagnetic fields, and device status. Device operators and analysts are blinded; the statistical unit includes participants and device sessions; the project lasts 18–24 months. The effect direction and minimum magnitude are pre-registered, and independent replication with random sources based on different principles is required; even significant results cannot uniquely infer a higher inner self or cosmic creation.

What it would overturn
If intention can repeatedly alter external systems after excluding known physical channels, it would challenge the causal closure assumption that 'changes in external physical systems are fully determined by their physical state and physical interactions.'

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Creating external physical reality is much stronger than perceptual construction, but 'higher,' 'shadow,' and the scope of creation are undefined; the original sentence does not provide a random-source effect or other falsifiable predictions.
