Adjudicating experiment
The original proposition is epistemological and cannot be directly adjudicated experimentally. It could be narrowed to whether introspective training provides an independent predictive gain for unknown external facts: approximately 200 participants would undergo eight weeks of training comparing inward focusing, analytical reasoning, and active relaxation, with each group predicting physical measurement data sealed in advance. Targets, information availability, and scoring functions would be specified before the study, and an independent team would retain the answers. Accuracy, calibration, and incremental predictive validity would be compared using held-out data. The total duration would be 12–18 months, with independent replication also arranged.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Low: “Camouflage patterns,” “inner senses,” and “reality” lack independent criteria for ground truth. If all external verification is defined as camouflage, there are no longer distinguishable scientific predictions.
Note
The label untested indicates that the original assertion has not been operationalized. Science already studies introspection, interoception, and subjective reports; recognizing the research value of these methods does not support the exclusive claim that discovering the reality of the universe requires reliance on the inner senses.
