The cosmological component can be assessed immediately using roughly a thousand DES supernova light curves, Planck power spectra, and publicly available baryon acoustic oscillation data to compare pre-registered expansion models with quantitative non-expansion models, jointly accounting for source evolution and selection bias. The project would take 6–12 months. A claim of “distortion” without predictions for redshift, distance, light curves, and background radiation cannot enter this comparison. The travel component requires a separate definition of deliverable matter, information, or spatial displacement; even anomalous accuracy in a double-blind remote-target experiment involving 300 participants would not demonstrate interstellar travel.

What it would overturn

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The denial of expansion is an explicit, falsifiable assertion; “spatial distortion” and non-material travel provide no quantitative model distinguishable from general relativity or information-transmission experiments.
Note
The overall label is determined by the subproposition that “cosmic expansion is incorrect,” which is opposed by strong evidence. Non-material interstellar travel itself has not yet been directly tested, and neither the Hubble tension nor disputes over the nature of dark energy can support it.
