This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 receivers, each with 240 trials, over 6–9 months. Use dichotic listening combined with noise vocoding, crossing manipulations of speech degradation, the validity of visible prime words at the receiver end, and whether isolated senders view target or unrelated words. Include noise trials with no target acoustic information. Targets and primes are independently randomized, and sender status is not leaked to the receiver. The primary test is whether the sender condition adds target-specific information after controlling for acoustic information and primes, rather than merely accuracy above chance. EEG/N400 and subjective awareness serve as secondary indicators. This experiment tests an additional channel and alone cannot prove it is necessary for all language understanding.
Suggested paper title
Separating Acoustic Evidence, Semantic Expectancy, and Sender-Dependent Effects in Dichotic Speech Comprehension
What it would overturn
If it is further shown that language understanding must rely on an isolated sender, it would overturn the sufficiency hypothesis that sensory linguistic input, prior knowledge, and intrabrain processing are sufficient for language comprehension.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Without it no language can be understood' is a strong necessity claim, much stronger than general telepathy hypotheses. However, if all understanding is redefined as telepathy, falsifiability is lost.
Note
This search did not confirm the corresponding paper by Branco et al. on unconscious speech processing, nor did it confirm a standard term for '莱克滤波' (likely a filter type), so no reference is fabricated. Filtering does not automatically eliminate all semantic cues, and unconscious processing remains sensory processing; thus it cannot be taken as evidence for implicit person-to-person transmission.
