Science is forced to consider telepathy as a means of communication and will continue to advance in this direction.

Approximately 300 sender–receiver pairs across three centers, each pair conducts 200 randomized binary-choice target judgments, divided into four sessions, project duration 18–24 months. Senders view targets in an isolated room, while both receivers and on-site experimenters are unaware of the target; include conditions with no one viewing the target and a real sensory signal positive control. Cross pendulum and button conditions, recording EEG, EOG, EMG, and pendulum trajectory. Pre-register the pre-response window of −600 to 0 ms, target content decoding, accuracy, and information transfer rate, with participant- and center-based cross-validation, time-series permutation, and multiple comparison correction; do not decode only the receiver's final choice. The pre-movement initiation window is separately validated to avoid contamination where the pendulum has already moved but the formal response has not yet occurred. If targets are generated only after response, this would be future-target prediction and should be a separate protocol.
