Pre-registered ~320 person 2×2 randomized trial, safety explanation or neutral instruction, cross-randomized with inner experience identification training or equal-duration attention training; baseline 1 week, intervention 4 weeks, follow-up 4 weeks. Laboratory uses mild threat and safe segments, measuring fear, physiological arousal, imagery awareness, control ability, breathing resistance discrimination d′ and metacognitive calibration; also quantify attention, drowsiness, and expectation. Only if the randomized manipulation of fear has an effect larger than other obstacles on predetermined scales does it support 'main'; if inner data refers to external hidden information, an additional blinded randomized target task must be set.
