Every thought, dream, and experience exists as a unique and unreplicable electrical impulse, constituting the electrical pattern of the individual who created it.

每个思想、梦境与经历都作为独特且不可复制的电脉冲存在,并构成创造它的那个人的电性模式。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Recruit approximately 100 healthy participants for repeated imagery, recall, and 5-night sleep EEG, plus intracranial recordings from about 30 patients requiring such monitoring clinically, over 18–24 months. Pre-register comparisons of single-event impulse, population spatiotemporal coding, and individual stable pattern models, testing decoding performance and representational re-emergence on held-out data across days and tasks. Exact microstate unreplicability cannot be proven by limited-resolution recordings; the study can only adjudicate a one-to-one impulse coding hypothesis at specified spatial and temporal precision.
Suggested paper title
Testing Single-Event and Distributed Neural Codes across Repeated Imagery, Recall, and Dream Reports
What it would overturn
If it were demonstrated that each complete experience is encoded by one necessary and sufficient unique electrical impulse, it would overturn the assumption that complete cognitive content depends on distributed neural population activity.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Read literally as 'each experience is an electrical impulse,' it conflicts with known encoding mechanisms; if 'electrical impulse' broadly refers to complex activity patterns, the weak version is compatible with neuroscience, but uniqueness and unreplicability are not operationalized in terms of discrimination precision.
Note
'Contradicted' is limited to the strict one-to-one electrical impulse ontology; it does not deny that thoughts accompany electrical activity or that brain patterns contain individual information. [Siclari research group](https://herseninstituut.nl/onderzoeksgroepen/siclari/)
