This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
First restrict persistence to measurable durations and define effect as changes in memory, choice, or behavior. Approximately 500 people receive randomly assigned brief imagery, value reflection, or neutral tasks; behavior and memory are measured at day 1, week 1, month 1, month 6, and month 12, with repeated neural recordings for about 100 people, over 18–24 months. Pre-registered equivalence bounds test whether the effect decays to a practically negligible range; if one insists on an unmeasurable eternal value, no experiment can adjudicate it, as finite follow-up cannot prove infinite duration.
Suggested paper title
Persistence and Decay of Behavioral and Neural Effects Following Brief Mental Events: A Pre-registered Longitudinal Study
What it would overturn
If every brief psychological event leaves a permanent and recoverable functional trace, it would revise the assumption that some psychological events do not form durable accessible memories.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Value fulfillment' lacks an objective metric, and 'persistence' lacks a duration; weakened to the claim that mental activity may have long-term effects, existing research already supports that, and the original text offers no additional distinguishable prediction.
Note
Behavioral forgetting does not necessarily imply the complete disappearance of a trace, but the temporary recoverability of a trace does not prove permanence either; research must avoid over-inference in either direction.
