Adjudicating experiment
First, examine information acquisition: multicenter, approximately 5,000 participants, each performing 100 forced-choice judgments; after responses are sealed, targets are generated by an independent random source; neither participants nor on-site experimenters can know the targets in advance, and analysts are blind to condition labels before code lock-in. The cycle lasts 12–18 months, with pre-registration of effect size lower bound, exclusion rules, random-source audit, and independent replication. Even if successful, this can only establish anomalous prediction, not adjudicate alone that all times coexist.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The 'spacious present' does not specify a probability distribution, time scale, or measurable parameters, and it does not yield more distinguishable predictions than a general retrocausal hypothesis; a holistic spacetime view also does not automatically allow access to future information.
