For the cosmological part, first submit quantitative predictions of a non-expanding model, then jointly fit public Planck, Pantheon+, and baryon acoustic oscillation data, and test supernova light-curve time stretching; data scale is thousands of supernovae and millions of galaxies, independent analysis about 6–18 months, comparing full likelihoods rather than single anomalies.
