Restrict 'more important tool' to accuracy in predicting external facts: about 200 people, under controllable different sensor signal-to-noise ratios, compare three conditions: inner judgment alone, calibrated instruments alone, and the combination; use unknown randomized targets, fixed scoring, blinded operators and raters, about 200 trials per person, replicated in independent laboratories, total duration about one year. Pre-register accuracy, probability calibration, and incremental information; results can only test the validity of this cognitive method, not test its independence from the brain without defining 'psyche.'

'Camouflage patterns' and 'psyche rather than brain' lack observable definitions; as long as any counterevidence is reinterpreted as camouflage, the original text has no distinguishable predictions.
