Research Program / Claims / point-of-power-11
It is suggested to practice visual exercises based on the inner first sense, such as using the mind's eye to go around behind an object and clearly imagine its back, thereby practicing inner perception.
建议进行基于内在第一感官的视觉练习,如用意念之眼绕到物体后方并清晰想象其背面,以此练习内在感知。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 people are randomly assigned to viewpoint-around-object imagery training, conventional mental rotation training, or active visual attention control; training lasts six weeks with a retest one month later. Each object's back is divided into categories inferable from structure and independently randomly generated; strict prevention of reflections, leaks, and prior exposure; mental rotation, imagery vividness, four-alternative back recognition, and confidence calibration are measured separately. The pre-registered primary endpoint is the group difference in random-back recognition, with an independent replication; total duration is about one year.
Suggested paper title
Perspective Imagery Training and Hidden-Surface Identification: A Preregistered Active-Control Trial
What it would overturn
If stable recognition of random backs without any cues emerges after training, it would revise the hypothesis that visual imagery reorganizes existing information and cannot by itself provide externally unacquired random information.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
As a viewpoint-shifting exercise, it overlaps heavily with conventional mental rotation and visual imagery; only a commitment to perceiving actually unknown backs provides a prediction distinct from imagination, but the original text does not explicitly commit to accuracy rates.
Note
untested refers to this specific exercise set and its claimed inner-perception effects; improvement in imagery vividness, gains in spatial tasks, and acquisition of unknown information must be evaluated separately.
