Research Program / Claims / point-of-power-1
The present moment is the point of power; all bodily, mental, and psychic abilities are concentrated in the brilliant focus of present experience, not in the grip of past or previous beliefs, unless you believe they are.
当下就是威力之点,所有身体、精神与心灵能力都集中在当下经验的灿烂焦点里,不在过去或先前信念的掌握中,除非你相信是。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Pre-registered factorial experiment with ~300 participants on conditioning × current expectancy: on day one, pain conditioning of different intensities is established; on day two, current analgesic expectancy is independently manipulated, including a group that explicitly denies the validity of prior experience; the actual heat stimulus is unified; pain ratings, skin conductance, and nociceptive flexion reflex are measured, with retests at one week and one month. The key test is whether prior learning still has an independent effect after current expectancy is matched; equivalence testing must be used to assess whether it is sufficiently close to zero. This experiment can only test historical dependence, not exhaust "all abilities."

Prior Learning and Current Expectancy in Pain Modulation: A Preregistered Factorial Experiment
What it would overturn
If prior experience exerts an effect only when currently believed, it would revise the hypothesis that learning-induced physiological and behavioral changes persist independently of current explicit beliefs.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
"The present can change responses" is not more specific than expectancy research; "the past cannot dominate unless you believe it" adds a distinguishable strong prediction, namely that after controlling current beliefs, historical effects should disappear; existing evidence does not support this.
Note
This review rates the strong implication of the full claim; proximal mechanisms are not ontological evidence; untested means no direct research was found in this search, not that no one globally has studied it; the sample sizes below are planned magnitudes, and formal designs require separate power analyses; English titles are provisional.
