Seth suggested Rob perform the first inner sense exercise: use the mind's eye to circle an object to imagine its back side, or imagine walking across a bridge and feeling the bridge surface material, enveloping surrounding objects with inner touch.
赛斯建议罗进行第一内在感觉练习:用心灵之眼绕行物体以想象其背面,或想象走过桥并感受桥面材质,以内触包裹周围物体。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 180 participants are randomly assigned to multisensory spatial imagery training, visual imagery training, or an active control, training for 4 weeks, 15 minutes daily; measures include mental rotation, perspective taking, route memory, and material imagery. Additionally, a hidden-backside identification task: the back-side pattern is randomly generated and not inferable from the front, answers are locked before reveal, and scoring is blinded; a 1-month follow-up, total period about 3 months. The first part tests training value; the second tests whether information beyond ordinary imagination is obtained.
Suggested paper title
Multisensory Spatial Imagery Training: Effects on Perspective Taking and Hidden-Surface Identification
What it would overturn
Ordinary imagery ability or training gains do not overturn mainstream assumptions; only the ability to identify randomly hidden surfaces would revise the assumption that "imagery content is constrained by existing memory and available sensory information."

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The exercise steps are relatively specific and can be used to standardize an intervention; however, no training dose, expected benefits, or hidden-information hit rates are given, so it cannot be identified by name as an independent sense.
Note
The 'supported' label applies only to the imaginative activities explicitly requested in the original sentence and their existing cognitive mechanisms; no confirmation is made that papers directly validate the full Seth exercise, and it should not be read as supporting extrasensory perception.
