This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
A multicenter prospective registry of about 300 children who spontaneously report past-life memories and 600 matched controls; seal statements, skill tests, and family information exposure history before searching for the corresponding deceased person; have evaluators blind to candidate identities perform multi-candidate matching, using timestamped records of the deceased's life to verify rare information and abilities; follow up for 5–10 years, controlling for kinship, education, exposure, and cultural factors. Ability growth must have a comparable metric across stages and exclude normal child development. Additionally, track about 100 trance practitioners and 100 controls for 12 months, comparing cognition and personality stability before and after the state, but this branch can only test state effects within the same individual, not reincarnation.

Prospective Blinded Verification of Autobiographical Claims and Skill Correspondence Across Individuals
What it would overturn
If it can be proven that information and abilities with identifiable personal specificity transfer and continuously develop after irreversible loss of brain function, this would challenge the assumption that 'the continuation of personal memory and learned skills depends on the original neural substrate'.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Retaining and continuing to grow abilities' is stronger than general survival claims, but it does not specify which abilities, growth rates, or criteria for cross-individual identity; at present, direct testing is insufficient.
Note
Contested refers to the part of existing literature on post-mortem personal continuity; the retention and continued growth of abilities remains untested. The review was published online in 2021 and included in a volume in 2022; stability within the same individual before and after trance cannot be taken as evidence of identical identity across individuals.
