This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Supplement question 5: Approximately 800 participants enter a 2×2 randomized trial of fear-based vs. informational advertisements × high vs. low authority cues, matched for factual content; measure susceptibility, severity, expected symptoms, and symptoms after sham exposure, with 3-month follow-up verifying medical records. Compare out-of-sample predictive power of a health belief model versus a model adding a symptom expectancy pathway; new symptoms do not equal new pathology. Supplement question 2 additionally involves a pre-registered replication with approximately 360 participants: interpretation bias training × nocebo induction, including an emotional Stroop task, an independent belief updating task, and heat pain thresholds, to test the mediating role of bias and expectancy, over 2 weeks.
Suggested paper title
Health Advertising, Perceived Susceptibility, and Nocebo Responses: A Preregistered Randomized Trial
What it would overturn
Symptom effects are consistent with existing nocebo models; only if new organic pathology is confirmed and behavioral pathways are excluded would the hypothesis that 'health risk communication primarily affects health via symptom experience and behavior' be revised.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
If 'cause illness' refers to discomfort and pain, the prediction overlaps with nocebo effects; if it refers to confirmed tissue pathology, the prediction is stronger but lacks direct support.
Note
Supplement question 2 is no longer entirely blank; the 2026 paper is close to the idea, but Stroop and implicit association tasks are not pure measures of belief; one may contact the [Sydney Placebo Lab](https://www.sydney.edu.au/science/schools/school-of-psychology/research/sydney-placebo-lab.html).
