Adjudicating experiment
CUs and EEs are not operationalized, so no direct adjudicating experiment currently exists. A bridging hypothesis proposed by the user can be tested: recruit about 600 participants across 3 laboratories, using a within-subject randomized crossover design with enhanced efficacy expectancy and neutral conditions, with participants isolated from the device and having no control interface; use a quantum platform capable of measuring entanglement decay under various known interaction durations, collect at least 1 million valid readouts per laboratory; pre-register decoherence rate as the primary endpoint, controlling temperature, vibration, electromagnetic crosstalk, laser drift, clocks, and data filtering; duration 2 years. Analysis should use independent sessions as the unit of replication, not photon counts as participant numbers; positive results still require excluding unknown physical interference and cannot alone prove CUs.

If the bridging hypothesis holds, it would revise the open quantum system hypothesis that 'when the quantum state, device, and environment coupling are fixed, decoherence dynamics do not depend on the strength of the observer's belief'.

Provides unit names and compositional relations, but no dimensions, number densities, interaction equations, or measurable features; offers no more experimental constraints than panpsychism or other consciousness ontologies.
Note
No verifiable papers directly studying CU/EE were found; the QBism paper by Fuchs, Mermin, and Schack treats probability as a subjective judgment and does not imply that belief can alter decoherence; non-physical EE cannot be equated with the electromagnetic field merely by name.
