Consciousness always creates form, while Darwinian natural selection excludes design or consciousness; the role of subconscious ideas in evolution is far underestimated.

意识始终创造形式,达尔文自然选择排除设计或意识,潜意识的观念在进化中的作用远被低估。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
First test the operationally weak version: establish about 60 independent Drosophila populations, each with hundreds of individuals, randomly assign learning experience and paired stimulus controls, track mate choice, niche utilization, fitness, and gene frequency over 20–30 generations; set up common gardens and cross-fostering to distinguish learning, selection, and parental effects; duration 2–3 years. This design can test how learning changes selection pressure; to test whether consciousness directly creates form, one must additionally specify predictions that should appear after excluding behavioral, physiological, and genetic channels.
Suggested paper title
Learned Environmental Preferences and Evolutionary Trajectories in Replicated Experimental Populations
What it would overturn
Only if a direct effect holds after excluding known mediators would it challenge the mechanistic hypothesis that 'heritable morphological changes are transmitted by identifiable genetic, developmental, and selective processes, rather than independently specified by ideas'.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
No channel of action is defined for consciousness, subconscious ideas, or form creation; broader than gene–culture coevolution and niche construction models, without giving unique predictions.
Note
Natural selection is not a completely random process, nor does it exclude animal choice, learning, or human design altering the selective environment; debates about the extended evolutionary synthesis cannot be taken as support for an ontology of consciousness.
