This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
A multicenter pre-registered trial with approximately 800 participant pairs; senders randomly imagine the receiver making a specified neutral choice or enter a no-sending condition; receivers, on-site experimenters, and analysts are blinded to group assignment. The two parties are isolated, communication is prohibited, and targets are randomly assigned by an independent server; primary outcome is the concordance rate between the receiver's actual choice and the specified target. Each pair completes multiple sessions over 4 weeks; total project duration about 12–18 months. Analysis unit is the pair, all trials are disclosed, and an independent team replicates.
Suggested paper title
Remote Expectancy and Recipient Choice Under Sensory Isolation: A Multicenter Pre-registered Randomized Study
What it would overturn
If receiver behavior can be repeatedly altered after isolation from known communication, it would revise the hypothesis that "interpersonal expectancy effects depend on transmissible sensory, behavioral, or technological signals."

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The distinguishing prediction is that after senders change their imagination, the behavior of non-contacted receivers changes in a targeted manner; the original text does not specify effect size, distance decay, or duration.
Note
"Contested" refers to existing reporting and methodological controversies in the field of anomalous information transfer; it does not mean this mechanism of sustained behavioral suggestion has direct support. Ordinary self-fulfilling prophecies cannot serve as evidence of telepathy.
