At present, intergalactic psychical travel cannot be directly tested: one must clarify whether travel means physical displacement, information acquisition, or subjective experience. A preliminary test could involve 100 participants, 100 trials each, double-blind hidden-target identification, randomized targets, no feedback, independent scoring, replicated by a second laboratory, duration 12-18 months; this only tests information acquisition under controlled conditions. Physical travel must provide independent positioning, mass, and time records; subjective far-travel reports cannot substitute.
