First require the non-expanding model to provide joint quantitative predictions of distance–redshift, supernova light-curve time dilation, and acoustic scale, then pre-register analyses of DESI data on tens of millions of celestial objects, roughly one thousand to ten thousand supernovae, and cosmic microwave background data, evaluating fit and complexity on held-out data over 12–24 months. The alleged mind-based intergalactic travel must first pass an information-acquisition experiment with hidden ground targets: about 300 participants, each completing 100 forced-choice trials in automated blinds, replicated at at least two centers over 1 year; passing such a preliminary test still does not constitute intergalactic travel.
