Research Program / Claims / clairvoyance-2

Clairvoyance is a natural and continuous phenomenon operating at the subconscious level, providing organisms with advance warnings, even foreseeing the day of death, yet this knowledge is not given to the conscious self.

透视是自然且持续的现象,在潜意识层面运作,为生物体提供预先警示,甚至预知死亡之日,但此知识不给予自我意识。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Two sub-studies: ① approximately 1,000 healthy adults, each performing 200 trials of future random emotional stimuli, with concurrent EEG, skin conductance, and heart rate recording, controlling for expectancy and sequence residuals; duration 12 months; ② multi-center continuous enrollment of approximately 500–1,000 hospice patients with consent and expressive capacity, non-inductively recording daily dreams, intuitions, and voluntarily reported time intervals for death, followed until death or 180 days; total duration 24–36 months. Externally validated survival models will compare the incremental predictive value of these reports beyond disease severity, clinical prognosis, medications, delirium, and already-received prognostic information, with pre-specified date-error and calibration metrics, not merely correlation coefficients.
Suggested paper title
Incremental Prognostic Value of Prospectively Recorded Dreams and Intuitive Estimates in Hospice Care
What it would overturn
If unmeasured disease cues can be excluded and findings are replicated, it would revise the cognitive assumption that individuals' judgments of death time rely solely on obtained disease information and general survival patterns.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Continuous operation' and 'knowing the day of death' are stronger and more specific than second-level physiological anticipation, but no method for accessing subconscious knowledge is specified; if all observable outputs are excluded, the claim is untestable.
Note
'Contested' applies only to the researchable aspect of unconscious anticipation; universality, continuity, and precise knowledge of death day remain without direct validation, and a patient's failure to report dates cannot automatically be interpreted as the subconscious not knowing.
