Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 150 channelers, each providing 100 timestamped predictions; targets are randomly generated after submission; a symbol dictionary and one-to-many mapping are fixed in advance using a training set, and on an independent test set, exact hit rate, semantic distance, and calibration are compared, over a period of 12 months. Probabilities summing to 1 must be assigned across multiple candidate events, with penalties for the number of candidates and base rates; comparisons are made with control reports using ordinary associations, random pairings, and the same vocabulary size.

What it would overturn
Merely finding symbol ambiguity and prediction deviations does not overturn mainstream hypotheses; only if a pre-specified mapping consistently carries future information after cue isolation would it challenge the null hypothesis that semantic matches are explained by base rates, associations, and post hoc selection.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
"Symbols can refer to multiple outcomes" allows post hoc expansion of matches; the original formulation does not provide an error distribution distinguishable from ordinary ambiguous language.
Note
No paper directly testing "the same symbol corresponds to multiple physical realities" was found; observing prediction errors by itself supports neither multiple realities nor precognition.
