Every thought changes every cell in the body to some degree, and the body responds exactly as the individual 'thinks it should respond.'

每一个想法都会在一定程度上改变身体中的每个细胞,身体的回应方式正如个体“以为它该回应”的那样。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
About 240 people complete a randomized crossover task with positive, negative, and neutral expectancies over 8 weeks; symptoms, autonomic indices, salivary hormones, and single-cell analyses of blood and oral epithelium are measured at baseline, 30 minutes, and 24 hours, with pre-registered cell-type-specific effects and minimum correlated-effect thresholds. Repeated negative or reverse results across tissues and indicators can constrain the broad version, but finite sampling cannot confirm that every thought affects every cell in the body.

Cell-Type-Specific and Systemic Responses to Experimentally Manipulated Expectancy: A Pre-registered Crossover Study
What it would overturn
If the strict universal version holds, it would overturn the hypothesis that 'expectancy effects are constrained by tissue pathways and physiological capacities, and subjective improvement can be dissociated from objective physiological improvement.'

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The two 'every' constitute extremely strong universal quantifiers, but 'to some degree' sets no minimum effect size; if arbitrarily small, arbitrarily delayed changes are allowed, that part cannot be adjudicated by finite experiments.
Note
contradicted mainly targets the strong version that the body necessarily responds as expected; the per-cell universal effect itself has not been exhaustively tested directly, and blood transcriptomic changes cannot be extrapolated to the whole body.
