Research Program / Claims / beliefs-3

Similar beliefs attract each other electromagnetically and emotionally, causing the conscious mind to form two completely contradictory, independent belief systems and two self-images.

同类信念会以电磁和情感方式相互吸引,从而使意识心智形成两套完全矛盾、各自独立的信念体系及两个自我形象。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Phase 1 involves about 150 people with orthogonal manipulation of belief consistency vs. conflict and emotional valence; EEG or MEG is recorded before and after induction over about 3 months; source-space connectivity, phase lag indices, and self-schema switching measures are pre-registered, controlling for common input, eye movements, EMG, and source leakage. Phase 2, only after the prior model specifies frequency, field strength, and direction of effect, conducts a double-blind real vs. sham stimulation crossover experiment with about 120 people over about 12 months, testing whether phase manipulation specifically alters aggregation of similar beliefs.

Belief Congruence, Affective Context, and Neural Synchronization: A Pre-registered MEG and Perturbation Study
What it would overturn
Only if endogenous electromagnetic fields are shown to have an independent, specific aggregative effect on belief content would the explanatory sufficiency hypothesis that 'belief aggregation requires no content-specific electromagnetic attraction mechanism' be revised.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Electromagnetic attraction proposes an extra mechanism beyond general associative learning, yet gives no field strength, frequency, spatial scale, or coupling equation; 'exactly two sets and completely independent' is testable but lacks direct support.
Note
Regarding extended question 2: abnormal synchronization only supports neural coupling; EEG coherence, MEG connectivity, or stimulation effects alone cannot distinguish synaptic mechanisms from alleged electromagnetic attraction of beliefs.
