Approximately 100 adults who claim to access the past during out-of-body experiences, each with 10 sessions, are compared with 100 matched controls on historical knowledge and imagination ability, over 18–24 months; independent archivists select historical records not yet made public, with pre-registered specification of person, place, and question; neither participants nor on-site experimenters know the answers. All narratives are locked before unsealing or declassification, blind-rated against pre-specified factual items, with auditing of network, family, and publication information access; replication in independent archives. Even on hits, this can only support anomalous historical information retrieval, not distinguish entering the past, reading extant records, or other mechanisms, and certainly cannot prove all selves existing simultaneously.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'All selves existing simultaneously' adds an ontological commitment beyond typical past-life memory narratives but does not add observational predictions that distinguish memory reconstruction, anomalous information retrieval, and actual time travel.
Note
Relativistic spacetime formulations should not be taken as evidence of personality accessing history; experiments should register incorrect details and miss cases as well, to avoid cherry-picking post-hoc matches.
