Research Program / Claims / apparitions-4

Apparitions have definite electromagnetic reality and chemical properties; animals can perceive these chemical properties and construct images based on them.

幻影具有明确的电磁实相与化学性质,动物能感知这些化学特性并据以构建影像。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Two phases totaling about 12 months: first, blind air sampling at 20 reported sites and 20 matched sites, analyzing volatile compounds by GC–MS and recording electromagnetic spectra; after identifying candidate chemical signatures, test about 24 trained dogs with about 100 randomized double-blind trials each at independent site samples. Preset positive odor and blank controls, isolate samplers, handlers, and raters, and control for human odor, mold, cleaners, and ventilation; model by dog and site with stratification. Without candidate targets, this can only be called odor difference exploration, not apparition detection.
Suggested paper title
Blinded Chemical Profiling and Canine Discrimination of Air Samples from Sites Associated with Apparitional Reports
What it would overturn
If signals specifically associated with the events are confirmed and ordinary sources are excluded, it would revise the assumption that chemical and electromagnetic differences at such sites are fully explained by known environmental sources.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Clearly proposes two detection channels—chemical and electromagnetic—more specific than purely ontological assertions; but lacks compounds, frequency bands, intensities, durations, and criteria for animal imaging behavior.
Note
Dogs distinguishing odors does not equal dogs seeing images, nor does it prove odors come from apparitions; the three inferences must be tested separately. Related olfactory research see [Canine olfactory detection special topic](https://doi.org/10.3389/fvets.2020.00100).
